2nd Part
The Eight Planets
The eight planets are divided into two main groups:
Inner Planets: These are the four planets closest to the Sun. They are smaller and made of rock and metal.
Mercury: The smallest planet and closest to the Sun.
Venus: The hottest planet with a thick, toxic atmosphere.
Earth: Our home planet, known for its liquid water and life.
Mars: Often called the "Red Planet" due to its rusty, iron-rich soil.
Outer Planets: These are the four planets farthest from the Sun. They are much larger and are known as "gas giants" or "ice giants" because they are mostly made of gases and frozen liquids.
Jupiter: The largest planet in the solar system, known for its Great Red Spot.
Saturn: Famous for its beautiful, prominent rings.
Uranus: An ice giant that rotates on its side.
Neptune: The farthest planet from the Sun, known for its strong winds.
We have now finished the 25th topic, "The Solar System."
